Best for short distances on flat terrain. Great Value.
This product was so easy to set up, just lock the handle bar post in place and secure the handle bars to the post with 4 screws (they give you 5 extra screws), and plug the charger in and you are done. I am 6'1'' tall and weigh 210 pounds, and this unit has no trouble with my weight on flat surfaces, or small inclines, however on steeper grades it struggles to move. On mostly flat terrain I can expect about 5-7 miles or so on a full battery. Charging time is about 5 hours if the battery is dead with the charger that is included, if you need faster charge times I recommend buying a 42v 5A output charger that could cut the charge time in half under perfect conditions. The handle bar height is slightly taller than I expected, which is great because I am 6 feet tall, it might be awkward for ... The body feels incredibly sturdy like it would take a lot to break it which is a good thing because this model has 0 shock absorption so you feel the cracks and bumps, but the good quality 10 inch rubber tires seems to go ever them with ease. This unit is not designed or intended to be used with one hand doing so could result in complete loss of control quickly. All in all I am happy with this product and would highly recommend it for short distances on flat surfaces such as getting around a campus or a quick trip to the store. Great value for the money
I own three other scooters that are more expensive and do perform very well. I bought this for the Lakehouse because it’s lightweight folds down and can slide below the bed For the money in my opinion it’s the best scooter I can find. Three of us took turns riding on it the very first day and it lasted for an hour of fun. This was the first time my daughter had ridden any powered scooter and she was able to easily ride it. It has a low speed mode Loads of fun! I highly recommend it I own three other scooters that are more expensive and do perform very well.
