Just like the Huracane 38” and Tornado, the BLITZART X-Plore 38 is perfect for the daring rider. Acceleration is very quick and care must be exercised so as not to be thrown offboard. Hill climbing capabilities are awesome. The big difference lies in the deck design and motor.
